Actify integrations
Actify turns what customers say into a body of knowledge a product team can query — and then connects that reasoning to the tools where the work actually happens.
Connections run in one of two directions, and the difference decides what a connection can reach.
Inbound — feedback comes in
A source brings customer feedback into Actify, where it is chunked, embedded and classified. Actify reads; it does not write.

Outbound — decisions go out
A delivery tool is where a roadmap item becomes work. Actify writes the project and then reads it back to know how delivery is going.

Nothing from an outbound tool is ingested as feedback. A Linear issue is not something a customer said, and putting it into the corpus would mean Actify reasoning over its own output.
Standing instructions — Aktis works on its own
Once feedback is coming in, actions are how you stop having to ask for it. An action is a standing instruction — a weekly summary, a watch on a metric, a report at the end of each cycle — written once and asked on your behalf.
It is the same assistant you query by hand, given a standing instruction instead of a live one, so anything Aktis can answer once it can answer every week.
Managing a connection
Every connection lives under Settings → Integrations in Actify. Connecting or disconnecting one is restricted to an organization's owner or admin — a connection decides what the whole organization exposes, so it is not a member-level action.
Disconnecting revokes Actify's access immediately. What Actify already collected stays, because feedback has to keep saying where it came from.
